About me

Hi, this is Lu 🙂

I love working close to users and data, combining my design skills with my engineering background to analyze complex flows and provide robust, user-oriented solutions.

I’m a Senior Product Designer at Factorial, a SaaS focused on helping company managers make better decisions. I belong to the Finance team, in charge of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), Accounting, and Procurement solutions.

I also mentor and teach at La Nave Nodriza. I share my experience about design and technology in the Interaction Design and Data-Driven courses. I also coordinate the Product Management one. What I most love about it is the huge learning I get from all the people I’ve known there.

I have more than 10 years in tech, working with clients like Factorial, Leroy Merlin, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, BBVA, Tuenti, Movistar, Cadena SER, KPMG, and Vodafone, among others. Most of the time my role has been Product Designer, but I have also been Head of Product, Project Manager and iOS & Android developer. You can check my full career at LinkedIn.

Thanks to my experience in both consultancy and product companies I’ve learned a lot about Product Design, how to adapt the process to the project needs, ease relations with users and clients, and manage projects and people.
